「ラーメン工学科」のイベントにて、弊社が製造協力いたしました米粉麺を使用した「光るラーメン」が提供されました。
山形大学米沢キャンパスにて開催されたイベント「ラーメン工学科」において、株式会社F-EAT様からのご相談いただき、弊社が製造協力いたしました「凍結粉砕米粉麺」が使用されました。 当日は、完全植物性の豚骨風味スープと合わせた冷やしラーメン「光るラーメン」として提供され、大変ご好評をいただきました。
※本取組は、内閣府ムーンショット型農林水産研究開発事業（管理法人：生研支援センター）における研究開発プロジェクト「低温凍結粉砕含水ゲル粉末による食品の革新的長期保存技術の開発(PM：山形大学・古川英光卓越研究教授)」の一環です。

サッカーJ1リーグ・ジェフユナイテッド市原・千葉で活躍中の飯田貴敬選手（DF22）に、弊社の米粉麺「プラス１」をご利用いただいております。飯田選手からは「練習前、試合前に食べて腹持ちが良かったです！いろんなレシピを試してみたいと思います！」とのコメントをいただきました。
